Systems may be worldviews, philosophies, organization transformations, methodologies or social systems. How do we lead and facilitate transformations in this context? This course provides an overview of the Grey Zone of Change, its dynamics and what is needed to live, lead and facilitate through it. A self-paced course over 8 weeks, with opportunity to book a coaching call with Dr. Yabome Gilpin-Jackson during the final course module.
