Overall Testimonials

I would just like to say how impactful learning has been from you; I feel I carry those lessons every day in both my personal life and work.

“Yabome’s skills are incredibly strong. She is a brilliant presenter, storyteller and facilitator of connection and dialogue – her intellect is surpassed only by her engaging manner and authenticity.”

This was a fantastic session! I was moved. I’m trying to figure out how I can add some of this to the leadership development programs we’ll be building out in 2022 … I’m sure I’ll have to do a lot of research. I’m equally certain that it will have an impact. Thank you! Dr. Gilpin-Jackson!

Racialized Women in Leadership Program

Participating in these sessions was healing and inspiring. Yabome created a fantastic space that felt safe enough and created the conditions for transformative learning and practicing courage. There are not enough spaces catered to racialized women in leadership and it was invaluable to be in a learning community for us by us. Yabome provided concrete tools that can be applied to increase our capacity as leaders. It was a unique opportunity to connect with other racialized women, beyond our titles and positions in our work – as our whole selves. Grateful for the narrative approach, and the insights about resilience, transformation, and systems.

If you’re struggling with understanding your agency and role in transforming/existing in systems, this is the program for you. This course was affirming, grounding and energizing. Grateful to have found this space when I really needed it

Thank you Yabome. This group came to me at a time when I felt so alone in my work. Thank you for your guidance, care and wisdom. It’s been such a beautiful experience to be a part of.

This program provided me with a non-judgmental and safe space to speak about the challenges that I have experienced and still experience as a racialized woman and first generation immigrant in Canada and has equipped me with the tools I would need for future challenges.

Grey Zone Change

I knew that we all navigate change differently, however putting those steps into context was helpful in understanding how others may navigate the unknown.
